These changes are designed to better reflect market opportunities and the company's core strategy. The Software segment will now report revenue for Hybrid Cloud, Automation, Data, and Transaction Processing. The Consulting segment will report revenue for Strategy and Technology and Intelligent Operations. These updates do not impact IBM's Consolidated Financial Statements or its reportable segments. Recast historical segment financials for 2024 and 2023, along with reconciliations of non-GAAP financial measures, are provided in Exhibit 99.1.
