Intercontinental Exchange Appoints Lord Hill to its Board of Directors
Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) announced on September 18, 2025, the appointment of The Rt. Hon. the Lord Hill of Oareford CBE as a new director, expanding the Board from 10 to 11 members. Lord Hill, who has significant experience in the U.S., UK, and EU, will also join the Board of Directors of ICE Futures Europe, pending regulatory approval. He currently serves on the Board of ICE Endex Markets, a subsidiary of ICE. Lord Hill will participate in ICE's non-employee director compensation arrangements, including an annual cash retainer and equity grants.
