(ICE) announced a private exchange offer for the outstanding 3.625% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Black Knight InfoServ, LLC. The Exchange Offer is aimed at exchanging the BK Notes for new ICE Notes. Eligible holders who tender their BK Notes by May 16, 2024, will receive the Early Tender Consideration, while those who tender after this date but before the expiration on June 3, 2024, will receive the Exchange Consideration. The terms and conditions of the Exchange Offer are detailed in the Offering Memorandum dated May 3, 2024.
