Intercontinental Exchange Amends Credit Facility and Enters New Term Loan for MarketAxess Acquisition

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. has amended its existing revolving credit facility and entered into a new term loan facility in connection with its acquisition of MarketAxess Holdings Inc. The amendment extends the maturity date for consenting lenders to August 20, 2031, and establishes a new class of MarketAxess Revolving Commitments of $1.5 billion. The new term loan facility is in the aggregate principal amount of $2.0 billion and will mature 24 months after the funding date. The bridge facility commitments have been terminated.
