IDEXX Laboratories Announces Departure of Executive Vice President
IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. announced on March 24, 2026, that Nimrata Hunt, PhD, Executive Vice President, Global Strategy and Commercial, will cease serving in her current role effective April 13, 2026. Dr. Hunt will continue to provide advisory services until July 13, 2026. The company will pay Dr. Hunt separation benefits totaling $2,270,000, including salary continuation, bonus, COBRA premium reimbursement, transition assistance, and tax preparation services. Vesting of stock options, restricted stock units, and performance stock units will cease, and unvested awards will be forfeited. Dr. Hunt's position is being eliminated, and her separation is deemed a termination without cause.
