Illumina Settles GRAIL Acquisition Lawsuit with Mutual Releases
Illumina, Inc. has entered into a Release Agreement to settle a lawsuit related to its acquisition of GRAIL, Inc. The lawsuit, filed by Icahn Partners LP, et al., will be dismissed with prejudice as to the plaintiffs only, without affecting other stockholders or related derivative actions. The settlement involves mutual releases and no payment by any party. The Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware will hold a hearing on November 2, 2026, to consider the proposed dismissal.
