INNO Holdings, Inc. Announces Purchase of Office Space in Pomona, California
On January 4, 2024, INNO Holdings, Inc. (INHD) announced the purchase of approximately 120,776 square feet of office space in Pomona, California from Pomona Office Tower, LLC and WG Kupka, LLC for $14,600,000. The transaction includes the assumption of a $9,690,000 promissory note, with the remaining balance to be paid to the sellers. A deposit of $440,000 has been placed in escrow. The terms of the purchase agreement are detailed in Exhibit 10.1 to this report.
