Insmed's Chief Commercial Officer Resigns, Enters Consulting Agreement
On April 16, 2025, J. Drayton Wise resigned from his position as Chief Commercial Officer of Insmed Incorporated for personal and medical reasons. Wise will provide consulting services to the Company under a consulting agreement, receiving a monthly fee of $30,000 during the initial consulting period until December 31, 2025, with an option for two three-month extensions. His equity awards will continue to vest during the consulting period.
