Dr. Craig H. Barratt has been elected as the new Chair, effective as of the conclusion of the meeting on May 13, 2026. Yeary, who has served as a director since 2009 and as Chair since 2023, is stepping down to transition leadership to a new independent Chair. Barratt, who joined the board in November 2025, brings over three decades of leadership experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. The board has also been refreshing its composition by appointing four new independent directors since 2024.
