Intuit Announces Transition of Chief People & Places Officer
Summary
On June 16, 2025, Intuit Inc. announced that Laura Fennell, Executive Vice President and Chief People & Places Officer, will transition to a new role effective July 31, 2025. Caryl Hilliard, Senior Vice President, People & Places, will replace Fennell as Chief People & Places Officer effective August 1, 2025. Fennell will continue to be employed by Intuit through September 1, 2027 under a Transition Agreement, which includes a reduced salary and bonus during the Transition Period.
