Intuit Inc. Enters New Credit Agreement
On January 9, 2026, Intuit Inc. entered into a new Credit Agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent, replacing the existing credit agreement dated February 5, 2024. The new agreement provides for a $2.2 billion unsecured revolving credit facility with an expiration date of January 9, 2031, and includes provisions for an incremental facility and potential maturity date extensions. The facility will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. At this time, no funds have been borrowed under the new agreement.
