Samsara Inc. Elects New Board Members at Annual Meeting
On July 22, 2026, Samsara Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders where shareholders elected eight new directors to the Board, ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditors for the fiscal year ending January 30, 2027, and approved the compensation of named executive officers. The election results for the directors were as follows: Sanjit Biswas, John Bicket, Marc Andreessen, Todd Bluedorn, Jonathan Chadwick, Alyssa Henry, Ann Livermore, and Gary Steele were all elected with a majority of votes. The ratification of the auditors received 2,255,012,812 votes in favor, 1,752,631 against, and 163,178 abstaining. The advisory vote on executive compensation was approved with 2,203,754,736 votes in favor, 23,276,163 against, and 189,565 abstaining.
