Ingersoll Rand Expands Role and Compensation for Key Executives
On June 12, 2025, Ingersoll Rand Inc. announced that Mr. Michael Weatherred, the Senior Vice President, IR Execution Excellence, Business and Commercial Excellence, will expand his role to include the leadership of the Precision & Science Technologies segment. Effective June 16, 2025, Mr. Weatherred's annual base salary will be $600,000, with a revised annual cash payout opportunity of 85% under the Management Incentive Plan, adjusted to consider the PST segment's performance. Additionally, Mr. Weatherred and Mr. Andrew Schiesl, the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, will receive equity awards to ensure their compensation remains competitive. The equity awards include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), stock options, and Performance Stock Units (PSUs). The Committee expects to incorporate the respective value of these equity awards into their annual grants in future award cycles.
