IREN Announces Closing of $2.3 Billion Convertible Notes Offering and Equity Placement

IREN Limited announced the closing of its offering of $2.3 billion convertible senior notes and the repurchase of existing convertible notes. The company issued $1.15 billion of 0.25% convertible senior notes due 2032 and $1.15 billion of 1.00% convertible senior notes due 2033, with an additional $300 million exercised by initial purchasers.
