Dave Rosa's promotion comes after 29 years with the company, during which he has held various leadership roles, and has been President since May 2023. Gary Guthart, who has been CEO for 15 years, will remain with the company in a senior advisory capacity. Rosa's base salary and bonus opportunity will be increased, and he will receive stock grants.
