J.B. Hunt Reports Decline in Q3 2024 Revenues and Earnings
J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. reported a decline in third-quarter 2024 revenues and earnings per share (EPS). Total operating revenue decreased by 3% to $3.07 billion, and EPS fell 17% to $1.49. All segments saw revenue declines, with the exception of Intermodal which experienced a 5% volume increase. Operating income also decreased by 7% to $224.1 million.
