J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. Announces Amended Credit Agreement
On November 25, 2025, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. entered into a $1.7 billion Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, extending the maturity date of its existing $1.0 billion revolving line of credit to November 25, 2030, with options for two one-year extensions up to November 25, 2032. The agreement also includes an increased accordion feature allowing an additional $400 million in borrowing capacity and a $700 million term loan commitment.
