Jabil Announces Major Leadership Transitions
On May 18, 2024, Jabil Inc. announced the departure of CEO and Director Kenneth S. Wilson following an internal investigation. Michael Dastoor, previously Interim CEO and CFO, was appointed CEO. Gregory B. Hebard was appointed CFO, and Steven D. Borges returned to his role as Executive Vice President, Global Business Units. Several other leadership changes were also made, including the appointment of Frederic McCoy as Executive Vice President, Operations.
