Summary
Johnson Controls International plc, through its wholly owned subsidiary Tyco Fire & Security Finance S.C.A., has announced the offering of an additional $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2032. This offering, in addition to the previously issued $400 million in 4.900% Senior Notes due 2032, brings the total outstanding principal amount of these notes to $650 million. The notes were issued under the existing Indenture, dated as of December 28, 2016, as supplemented by the Ninth and Twelfth Supplemental Indentures. The proceeds from the sale of these notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment or refinancing of existing debt.
