His departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company. Following his resignation, JoeBen Bevirt, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the acting principal financial officer, and Sergei Novikov, the Company's Controller, will serve as the acting principal accounting officer and treasurer, effective December 13, 2024. Mr. Field has agreed to provide continued advisory services to assist with the transition.
