On January 9, 2024, Chris Hood, President of Kellanova North America, notified the company of his intention to retire effective at the end of April 2024. Nicolas Amaya, currently President of Kellanova Latin America, will succeed Hood effective February 1, 2024. Victor Marroquin, currently General Manager of Kellanova Mexico, will succeed Amaya as President of Kellanova Latin America. These transitions begin immediately.
