KDP Announces Comprehensive Guarantees for JDE Peet's N.V. Acquisition
On May 21, 2026, Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (KDP) announced that JDEP Coffee B.V., Maple Parent Holdings Corp., KDP, and the KDP Guarantors have agreed to fully and unconditionally guarantee the obligations of Maple, KDP, and JDEP Coffee in respect of various notes and credit facilities. These guarantees, which are joint and several, will automatically terminate upon the separation of KDP's coffee and beverage businesses. The guarantees cover the obligations of Maple in respect of the Maple Notes and the Delayed Draw Term Loan Facility, as well as the obligations of KDP and JDEP Coffee in respect of their respective notes.
