Keurig Dr Pepper to Acquire GHOST Lifestyle for $990M
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire GHOST Lifestyle LLC and GHOST Beverages LLC. KDP will initially purchase a 60% stake in GHOST for approximately $990 million, with plans to acquire the remaining 40% stake in 2028. The acquisition is expected to be neutral to modestly accretive to adjusted EPS starting in 2025.
