The Notes are guaranteed by The Kraft Heinz Company and will mature on March 15, 2029. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. An underwriting agreement was also entered into with Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, and J.P. Morgan Securities plc for the sale of the Notes.
