KKR Appoints Craig Arnold to Board
KKR & Co. Inc. announced the appointment of Craig Arnold, former Chairman and CEO of Eaton Corporation, to its Board of Directors effective September 23, 2025. This appointment increases the number of independent directors to eleven out of a total of fifteen Board seats. Mr. Arnold will also serve on the Audit Committee of the Board. The appointment was approved by KKR Management LLP through a written consent of the sole holder of the Series I preferred stock.
