KLA Corp. Announces Transition of Chief Strategy Officer to Senior Advisor
Summary
On November 15, 2024, KLA Corporation announced that Oreste Donzella, its Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, will transition to a part-time senior advisor role, effective April 14, 2025, through August 16, 2026. During this period, Mr. Donzella will continue in his current role until April 13, 2025, after which he will provide at least 10 hours of service per week as a senior advisor.
