Knight-Swift Reports Q4 2025 Results: Net Loss and Impairments
Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. reported a net loss attributable to the company of $6.8 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared to net income of $69.5 million in the same period of 2024. The company also provided guidance for the first quarter of 2026, expecting Adjusted EPS to range from $0.28 to $0.32. Knight-Swift ended the quarter with $1.1 billion of unrestricted cash and available liquidity and $7.1 billion of stockholders' equity.
