On July 30, 2024, Kenvue Inc. announced the resignation of two board members, Peter M. Fasolo and Joseph J. Wolk, effective December 1, 2024. Simultaneously, the Board of Directors appointed two new members: Kathleen M. Pawlus, effective August 15, 2024, and Kirk L. Perry, effective immediately after the resignations on December 1, 2024.
