Election of New Director to Lennox International Inc. Board

announced the election of Sivasankaran Somasundaram to its Board of Directors as a Class III director. Mr. Somasundaram, currently the President and CEO of ChampionX Corporation, will serve until the Company's 2025 annual meeting of stockholders. He will also serve on the Board Governance Committee and the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. His compensation includes an annual retainer of $105,000 and annual equity compensation in the form of Company common stock valued at approximately $150,000.
