Summary
On February 18, 2025, Linde plc issued €850 million of 2.625% Notes due 2029, €750 million of 3.000% Notes due 2033, and €650 million of 3.250% Notes due 2037. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The notes were issued under the European debt issuance program and have been admitted to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
