Details
Mr. Panikar will continue in a non-executive role until his retirement, earning his annual salary of $700,000 and receiving standard employee benefits. He is also eligible for a variable compensation cash bonus for 2024. Following his retirement, he will receive severance benefits totaling $1.426 million, including a lump sum payment and additional compensation based on company performance. Mr. Panikar will also receive COBRA continuation of health plan benefits until December 31, 2025, or the end of his COBRA eligibility. He has reaffirmed his obligations under a Nondisclosure, Nonsolicitation, and Noncompetition Agreement.
