Summary
On September 29, 2025, Linde plc announced that Stephen F. Angel, Chairman of the Board, will retire effective January 31, 2026. Sanjiv Lamba, the current CEO, will succeed him as Chairman on the same date. Additionally, Sean Durbin, currently EVP-North America, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) effective October 1, 2025.
