Aquilino, U.S. Navy Retired, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Admiral Aquilino, who has extensive experience in global operations and served as the 26th Commander of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command until his retirement in July 2024, will serve on the Company's Classified Business and Security Committee and is considered an independent director under applicable rules. His election was announced in a press release and detailed in Exhibit 99.1.
