Ahmed and Michael R. Cannon, effective November 2, 2026. Their departures will reduce the Board size from 12 to 10 directors. Ahmed, who served for approximately seven years, was a member of the audit, compensation and human resources, and innovation and technology committees. Cannon, who served for approximately 16 years, was a long-standing member of the audit committee and chaired the nominating and governance committee for seven years. The Board and management expressed their appreciation for their contributions and wished them well in their future endeavors.
