LyondellBasell Completes Offering of Guaranteed Notes
Summary
On November 13, 2025, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. and its subsidiary, LYB International Finance III, LLC, completed the underwritten public offering and sale of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.125% Guaranteed Notes due 2031 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Guaranteed Notes due 2036, as fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Company.
