LyondellBasell Extends Receivables Facility
Summary
On May 29, 2024, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. announced that certain subsidiaries entered into an amendment to extend the term of its $900 million structured accounts receivable facility to June 27, 2025. The amendment, referred to as the RPA Sixth Amendment, also updates certain erroneous payment provisions. No other terms of the Receivables Facility have changed materially. A copy of the amendment is included as Exhibit 10.1.
