Summary
On July 17, 2024, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (the 'Company') and LYB Americas Finance Company LLC entered into a Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, which provides for a $3.75 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility maturing on July 17, 2029. The facility allows for euro and dollar denominated loans, a sublimit for letters of credit, and a sublimit for swing line loans. The Credit Agreement replaces the previously reported $3.25 billion five-year credit agreement dated November 23, 2021. Amounts borrowed must be repaid by July 17, 2029, unless extended under the terms of the Credit Agreement. The Credit Agreement contains customary representations, warranties, restrictive covenants, and events of default.
