Summary
On July 24, 2025, Lyft, Inc.'s Board of Directors approved an Employee Incentive Compensation Plan. This plan allows for incentive awards to be earned by employees based on performance goals set by the Plan administrator. Named executive officers are eligible for participation under the Plan. The Plan will be administered by the Board or a designated committee, with the discretion to modify terms, performance goals, and award amounts before payment. The full text of the Plan is attached as Exhibit 10.1.
