Marriott International Announces CFO Retirement and Succession Plan

On July 11, 2025, Kathleen K. Oberg, CFO of Marriott International, notified the company of her intent to retire, effective March 31, 2026. On July 14, 2025, Marriott announced the appointment of Jennifer C. Mason as Oberg's successor, effective upon Oberg's stepping down.
