Marriott International Announces CFO Retirement and Succession Plan
On July 11, 2025, Kathleen K. Oberg, CFO of Marriott International, notified the company of her intent to retire, effective March 31, 2026. On July 14, 2025, Marriott announced the appointment of Jennifer C. Mason as Oberg's successor, effective upon Oberg's stepping down. Mason, a 33-year Marriott veteran, currently serves as Global Officer, Treasurer, and Risk Management. Marriott also announced Shawn Hill as the new Chief Development Officer, effective January 1, 2026. These changes are being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
