Gillian (Jill) McDonald has been appointed as Executive Vice President – Global Chief Restaurant Experience Officer, effective upon her separation from her current role as Executive Vice President – President, International Operated Markets (IOM) on or about May 1, 2025. Manuel JM Steijaert, currently the Executive Vice President – Global Chief Customer Officer, will replace McDonald as Executive Vice President – President, IOM, effective on or about May 1, 2025.
