MongoDB, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders
On June 25, 2024, MongoDB, Inc. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders where the following results were announced: All three Class I director nominees Roelof Botha, Dev Ittycheria, and Ann Lewnes were elected to the board with overwhelming support. The compensation of the named executive officers was approved on a non-binding advisory basis. The stockholders also ratified the selection of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2025.
