MongoDB Announces Interim CFO Resignation
MongoDB, Inc. announced on April 21, 2025, that Srdjan (Serge) Tanjga, the Interim Chief Financial Officer, has notified the Company of his intent to resign, effective May 8, 2025. There are no material changes to his compensatory arrangement as a result of the resignation. The Company is in advanced discussions to appoint a new CFO in the next 7-10 days.
