Mondelēz International Enters New Revolving Credit Agreement
Mondelēz International, Inc. has entered into a new 364-Day Revolving Credit Agreement for a $1.5 billion credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as the administrative agent. The agreement replaces the company's previous $1.5 billion 364-day senior unsecured revolving credit agreement, dated February 22, 2023, which was terminated in connection with the new agreement. The new facility is expected to be used for general corporate purposes and to support the company's commercial paper program.
