Mondelēz Restates Non-GAAP Financial Results Post JDE Peet's Divestiture
Mondelēz International, Inc. has restated its non-GAAP financial results to reflect the impact of the sale of its remaining 85.9 million shares in JDE Peet's to JAB Holdings Company. This restatement removes the equity method investment net earnings from JDE Peet's from the non-GAAP financial results.
