Mondelēz International Appoints Luca Zaramella as COO and CFO

Mondelēz International, Inc. announced on January 29, 2026, the appointment of Luca Zaramella as its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1, 2026. Zaramella, who has been with the company since 1996 and currently serves as Executive Vice President and CFO, will oversee commercial operations in four geographical regions and corporate functions. The company has approved a 2026 annual compensation opportunity for Zaramella, including an annual base salary of $1,250,000, a target annual incentive of 150% of the annual base salary, and a target long-term incentive value of $7,225,000.
