Medtronic Announces Transition of Principal Accounting Officer

On March 12, 2025, Medtronic plc announced the resignation of Jennifer M. Kirk, its Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, effective May 2, 2025, as she moves to become the CEO of Exubrion Therapeutics. Denise L. Blomquist, currently the Assistant Global Controller, has been appointed to succeed Kirk, effective March 17, 2025. Kirk will stay on until May 2 to facilitate a smooth transition. Blomquist, with 21 years at Medtronic, will receive a base salary and participate in the company's incentive and long-term incentive plans.
