The acquisition, which was agreed upon in December 2024, brings together global scale and deep specialization in asset management, resulting in a combined total of $734.7 billion in assets under management. The new combined business will be led by Brian Funk, currently president of MetLife Investment Management. A pro forma combined total assets under management fact sheet, as of September 30, 2025, was also issued to reflect the anticipated results of the acquisition.
