On August 9, 2024, Meta Platforms, Inc. completed an offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.300% Senior Notes due 2029, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.550% Senior Notes due 2031, $2.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.750% Senior Notes due 2034, $3.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.400% Senior Notes due 2054, and $2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.550% Senior Notes due 2064, totaling $9.5 billion. The offering was made pursuant to the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-3 and an Indenture with U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee.
