Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. has entered into a Securities Sale Agreement to acquire all outstanding equity interests in Lhoist North America, Inc. from LNA Holding SRL for $13.5 billion, consisting of $7 billion in cash and 10,953,543 newly-issued shares of Martin Marietta common stock.
